My meanderings about politics, space exploration, cars, cats, tech things and whatever else strikes my fancy. To the current occupant of the White House, we will not be taken into war on anyone's leash.
He should have stayed in the company of the oligarchs that he loved so much. He even remade one in his own image in Ukraine. He truly believes that the Donald is going to give them a reprieve and I think Donald Trump will let him sink like a LEAD wait in the ocean.
This man is crooked, he got Trump denomination using illegal means. He changed the Republican platform in Russia’s favor and the list goes on and on of the greatest criminal hits this guy has. He’s going to spend a lot of time in jail, most likely the rest of his life. And I can’t think of anyone who hasn’t killed someone who deserves it more.
Follow the money, that’s the Mantra of prosecutors when they’re looking at Rico cases. Well when you have the Trump crime family in the white house we have a giant RICO case.
26 million dollars of the Inaugural Committee funds went to the first ladies friend who then became a member of her staff. Money came from Saudi Arabia who wants to become a nuclear power. Money came from all different sources including Russia to the inaugural and where did the money go?
Speaking of the money where did all the money go that was paid to Michael Cohen? Why would he need to take a second mortgage on his in-laws house when he had all this money coming in? It’s a big mystery.
Frankly, I’m happy to do poll says that it isn’t a knockout. I hope it stays this way until the election. We don’t need complacency to take over the Democratic party. We don’t need people to think that we’re going to win and they don’t need to go out and vote. Let’s face it the Republican party has made it very difficult to go vote. Where do you only country in the world that votes on a Tuesday. And countries that vote during the week have that day off. We should be voting on Saturday and Sunday, but the Republicans would hate that because it would allow people who work to be able to go out and actually vote. Sure there’s absentee ballots but those numbers never are enough to swing an election.
We need to get this Orange Madness out of the white house before he gets us into a real war. The Republicans have shown that when they feel like they’re about to lose an election they start a war, usually an unnecessary one, remember Iraq?
When a financial institution lends more than a quarter of its total worth to an individual who has no job, no major assets and no way to repay the loan then why would they do it? They did it because Paul Manafort has something that no one wants to hear that is in power. Look at the machination songs that have gone on regarding Paul Manafort and his illicit activities in Ukraine and in Russia. Paul Manafort is at the center of a spoke that goes out all the way around the White House and is what is scaring the hell out of the White House. Loans like this don’t just happen, they happen because somebody is filling the till on the other side.
There’s a Chinese curse that says may you live in interesting times. Maybe you now understand why it’s a curse.
Yes, the thought of seeing 45 impeached makes me giddy. But I’m a realist and I know that the number of Senators that must vote for impeachment is nowhere near the number that we have in the current Senate. Nor will it be the number after 2018. So as much as all this talk of impeachment is hopeful it’s also completely unrealistic. Our only chance of getting rid of this plague on the White House is to have the special counsel bring charges against his son or his son in law and force the resignation of this man.
